WARRANTY

How long does the warranty last ?

The ELYR warranty lasts for 24 months , please note that physical damages on watches or straps are not covered. You can find all warranty policy here, Article 10.

What is covered by the ELYR WARRANTY ?

If a problem arises during shipment or during the first 14 days after receiving your timepiece, you are eligible to a full refund.
Once past 14 days after delivery, namely, that watches warranty include none outside parts of watches or bands unless the watch's movements.

My watch has stopped working, what can I do ?

No worries, take contact with our customer support and we will contact you back within 48 hours to find any solutions that we can provide you according to your expectations and our warranty policy, Article 10.

There is a section where you can enter your email and get a notification once your favorite product is back in stock, just go to the desired article and complete the form.

What kind of material are used to manufacture ELYR WATCHES ?

To create the best, we need the best.
All our watches collections are fully made of premium 316L stainless steel, offering 5 ATM (50meters) water resistance strictly tested by our quality department. Moreover, all glasses are made of hardness mineral crystal with sapphire coating to reduce any stripes or impacts on.

What kind of movements are used in the watches ?

There are two types of them :

Quartz movement watches are equipped with Japanese Miyota movements : For nearly 40 years, MIYOTA has been providing watch movements for leading brands worldwide. You can find additional information here (external website).

Automatic movement watches are equipped with seagull movement : Known initially as the Wuyi Watch Factory and became in 1962 Tianjin Sea-Gull Watch Factory, is by far the world's largest manufacturer of mechanical watch movement. It's producing one quarter of total global production by volume. You can find additional information here (external website).

There are bubbles on my watch’s glass

All our watches come with few protection films and sometimes it’s difficult to see them, in particular on the glasses (front & back). Simply remove the films to solve this issue.

Could I adjust my watch bands ?

Of course, all our bands collections can be adjusted, even in stainless steel material !

Do the watches come with a battery ?

For sure, all our quartz watches are delivered with battery included.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Is the shipping free ?

Yes all orders above 99€ have a worldwide free shipping.

Do I need to pay custom fees ?

For all orders within Europe you are not subject of any custom fees or additional hidden taxes. Please note if you have ordered outside of European countries we are not able to warranty you no additonal fees or taxes from your local post or country laws. If you need more information, please contact your local post service about additional taxes and fees before order. 

How long does it take to receive my product ?

Where is my parcel ?

Once we confirmed that we have shipped your parcel, you can follow it via the tracking number on the carrier's website. You can find all information about the carrier and tracking number in the shipment confirmation email sent to you the same day that we shipped your order.

Which carrier will deliver my parcel ?

It depends on your delivery address, all our European shipments are handled by DPD, DHL, GLSBpost, PostNL, PostNord, Colissimo, Fedex, Bartolini or Envialia companies. You can find your parcel carrier in the shipping confirmation email sent to you with the tracking number and carrier link once we ship your order.

Can I change my delivery address ?

You can change the order's delivery address only before the shipping of your parcel from our warehouse. In case of any change for your delivery address please contact us quickly. In case of a wrong address filled, it is your entire responsibility and unfortunately, please understand, we can’t do anything more about that once the parcel leaves our delivery warehouse. 

My tracking number is invalid / doesn't work ?

Tracking number takes a while to be updated in our system, it can last 3 working days to reflect any movements of your parcel. Especially if you have ordered not long ago, and you freshly received your tracking number, it is possible that it hasn't been synchronized yet, therefore, it can't update any order movements.

My order has not arrived, what can I do ?

Feel free to contact us, once you have checked if you're out of the delivery time for your location here.

What can I do in case of failed delivery ?

Don't worry, in case of any failed delivery attempt, the parcel will be delivered the following day according to the first delivery date by the carrier. In case of a second failed delivery attempt, you will be noticed that the parcel will be stored in the local post office during 7 days before it comes back to our warehouse. We can send again the product to you once we get it back in our warehouse but you need to pay additional cost for the second shipping.

My order has not arrived within the time framework, what need I do ?

We send all purchases within 24 hours during working days after receiving proof of payment. Order delivery delays are given in working days. It means that  Saturdays and Sundays are not included. Parcels are only handled and delivered during working days, from Monday to Friday. For instance, if you opted for a free shipping of 3 working days (it depend to your country), it might take up to 4 days to arrive at final destination. If your order is more than 5 workings days late, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the matter as soon as possible. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

My product arrived damaged, what should I do ?

Don’t worry, contact us within 14 days upon receiving the product and we will process to an exchange with a new.

I have received the wrong product, what should I do ?

In this rarely case, sincerely apologize us and take contact quickly with our customer support with your order number. We will solve the problem quickly. 

How can I return my item ?

If you need to make a return, please contact and give us all details with your order number.
Our customer support will assist you through the following steps and answer any questions you may also have.

Can I ask for a refund/returns ?

For any issues met with an order please contact us in a first time, so we can study your issue and tell you if you are eligible for a full or partial refund. Cost returns need to be covered by the customers to cover round trip and handling cost. If you file a refund request for "product not received" before even notifying our customer support, yet your tracking information indicates delivered and the courier collected your signature at the delivery time, we will submit this to local law authority as merchandise theft. 

PLEASE NOTE :

You will also be unable to place any additional orders, your warranty will be invalid and you will be removed from the ELYR VIP MEMBER if you have subscribed.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Can I cancel my order ?

As we prepare really quickly each orders, you aren't able to cancel your order once this one has been shipped you can contact us first and we will do the best for, but in case it's too late, you need to return your purchase once receipt, and we will refund you, according our GCS. (Article 10)

Can I return my order ?

Like we guess all our customers will be happy when they receive our products, we accept the unsatisfied minority returns in case of any dissatisfaction reasons about products, colors, or anything within 30 days after delivery. The products must be unused with all protection films and the ELYR tags on the watches. Over 30 days after delivery we can't accept any customers returns.

However, if the product send back within 14 days presents any damages, stripes or has been worn, the return can't be accepted by our company. Before returning your product, please contact us to be sure you can send it back to the eligible conditions.


PLEASE NOTE : ANY PRODUCTS RETURNS WITH SIGNS OF WEAR OR PRESENT ANY MISSING PART INCLUDING PROTECTION FILMS AND ELYR TAGS WILL BE UNFORTUNATELY REFUSED.
